Our programmes extend from the remotest villages of India to bustling urban communities, focusing on providing quality education, accessible healthcare, protection from abuse and exploitation, and life-saving assistance during emergencies.
Along with our child-centric initiatives, Pratham Parivartan is equally dedicated to addressing broader social challenges through several impactful campaigns. We run Old Age Homes to provide comfort, dignity, and emotional support to senior citizens who often have no one to turn to. Our Food Donation Drives ensure that the hungry are fed with nutritious meals, while Old Clothes Donation Campaigns bring warmth and relief to those in need. Through our Sanitary Pad Distribution Initiative, we promote menstrual hygiene and empower women to live with confidence and dignity.
We also take pride in our Gau Seva Programme, where we extend care, shelter, and nourishment to stray and abandoned cows, recognizing them as a vital part of India’s spiritual and cultural heritage. Furthermore, we provide Medical and Financial Assistance to underprivileged patients struggling to afford life-saving treatments and medications.

Our Approach
We Facilitate Holistic Community Development
At Pratham Parivartan, we believe that true progress comes when every section of society grows together — children, women, elders, and even the voiceless beings that share our environment. Our approach focuses on holistic community development, where education, healthcare, social care, and compassion go hand in hand.
We work collaboratively with parents, teachers, Anganwadi workers, communities, and local as well as state governments to address children’s critical needs and build a strong foundation for their future. By engaging directly with the community, we encourage sustainable behavioral change, create awareness, and ensure access to essential resources at the grassroots level.
But our work doesn’t stop there — we extend our care to the elderly through Old Age Homes, promote women’s health and dignity through Sanitary Pad Distribution Drives, and show our compassion towards animals through Gau Seva initiatives for stray and abandoned cows. Our Food and Clothes Donation Drives and Medical Assistance Programmes further support those struggling with daily survival needs.
